My PC Doesn't Recognize My Chinese Android Mobile Phone

You may sometimes experience hardware problems with your Chinese android mobile phone, your computer, or your cable. Or alternatively, – maybe you just have the phone settings wrongly entered. Initially, you have to confirm that the physical connection is done in a proper way and working well. When the cell phone is plugged in, confirm that the USB icon appears on that line of icons at the top of the cell phone's screen.

If the icon doesn't become visible, verify to make sure the USB cable is appropriately inserted on both ends. You can as well unplug and re-plug it back. If not successful, try using another USB port, preferably other ports on the back of the PC. Some ports (generally the front ones on PCs) can be choosier than others. (Or maybe try using another PC) if still not successful.

If it doesn't still work yet, see if you can locate another USB cable that is compatible with your Chinese android mobile phone and try that also. But if it’s a real snag, then you should uninstall then reinstall the driver for that drive. USB storage drivers are usually very easy to install since they're built into the drives, themselves. Here's is a simple installation procedure:

· Hook up the USB drive.

· If you're having an XP, (select the Start menu, Programs, right click My Computer, and select Properties. Click on the Hardware tab, then the Device Manager Button. For those using Vista, just click Start, type in device manager, and click Enter.

· You'll see the drive listed under 'Disk drives.

· Right-click on the drive and choose the ‘Uninstall’ option while confirm by clicking OK.

· You can then unplug the USB drive, plug it in again and the drivers will reinstall automatically.

Should it fail over and over again with any PC and with any cable, seek your mobile provider's attention or take it back to the vending store they give you another Chinese android mobile phone.

However, if you notice the USB icon, then the phone is set to use the connection. Drag down the top bar on your Chinese android mobile phone and select USB connection option – which you'll find various options that the phone can connect to the computer.
